Practicing Advocate specializing in Labour Law. I litigate in all courts relating to commercial, criminal, contractual, delictual, and labour disputes. As an IR Practitioner, I conduct audits regarding compliance with Labour Legislation. I chair disciplinary, incapacity, and grievance hearings, as well as meetings and negotiations with unions. Additionally, I represent clients at CCMA and Bargaining Councils, and have experience in dealing with strikes. As an Arbitrator/Mediator, I handle disputes regarding all aspects of the law.
